I hope this email finds everyone well.  As we begin to prepare for the upcoming swim season we are in need of a few positions;

Volunteer Coordinator West - this person maintains the volunteer book for the team. They send an email before each meet indicating who is scheduled to work, coordinate coverage of all volunteer positions, should have a basic awareness of the responsibilities of all volunteer posts

For next season: 

Spirit Wear Coordinator - this person works with our vendor to make spirit wear available to the team. Job may entail product selection. Includes setting deadlines for ordering, obtaining items once prepared, delivery to team
