Hello Everyone,

Please pass along the following information to your teams or anyone you think might be interested in participating in the YMCA Spring Swim Clinics. There are three being run by the Nazareth YMCA coaching staff and one being run by Fluid Mechanics listed below.

Nazareth/Easton YMCA Swim Team Spring Sessions

Novice & New Competitors Link - For new, younger, and/or less experienced competitive swimmers.

• Ages 6-10 (*11-14: if new to the sport, or less than 2 years competitive)
• 4/15 - 5/9, Mondays & Thursdays
• 6:00 pm - 6:45 pm
• Cost: $100 Y members, $115 non Y members

Technique & Stroke Development Link

• Ages 11-18 (*if new to the sport and 14/Under, the Novice group clinic is best)
• 4/12 - 5/7, Tuesdays & Fridays
• 6:00 pm - 6:45 pm
• Cost: $100 Y members, $115 non Y members
• Must be able to do all four competitive strokes.

Long Course/Distance Link

• Ages 9-18
• 4/15 - 6/7, Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri
• 6:45 pm - 8:15 pm
• Cost: $200
• Must hold both USA & YMCA memberships & willing to compete in long course meets in May and/or June.

Fluid Mechanics Swim Clinic - The Evolution of Breaststroke

FM Hydrodynamics Registration Link

• May 10, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
• Location: Nazareth YMCA Pool
• Cost: $129
• We recommend this clinic if you can make it. It's not just for strong breaststrokers to understand the dynamics of the stroke better, but for weaker breaststrokers to improve as well. It is run by Fluid Mechanics (FM) staff, who we have an ongoing and positive relationship with. Additionally, FM has been operating and providing high level instruction to swimmers for years at all levels of competition.
