Hi Parents,

I want to welcome everyone back for another fun swim season. As we start to approach our first meet a few items must take place to make our swim meet run smoothly.

First, thank you to all the parents who signed up for a job responsibility, they have all been entered into our Swimtopia app.

Next, before each meet you must declare if your child will be attending the upcoming meet, usually it is best 48 hours before, but understand if you are unsure, but definitely 24 hours in advance.

At this time you can also see your job responsibility under Job Signup, if you do not see one listed please sign up for a job that is open. Even if you do not know the job, when you arrive our volunteer coordinator will explain the role to you. No stress.

Any jobs that are still open at 4pm on the day of a meet will be auto assigned to a family that is going to the meet based on their child’s meet declaration. This family would not already have an assigned job. Please understand that all jobs are tracked in Swimtopia and no one will get assigned more than another family. Remember we are a volunteer organization. Basically if your child is attending a swim meet, all families will need to assist with the meet in some way. Thank you.

Finally, all results from the meet will be accessible in the Swimtopia app after the completion of the meet. If you want to upgrade to the Pro Version for $2.99 you can get the live updates option and reminders for events during the meet. There is a monthly option if you want to purchase just for the seven weeks of our summer season, but not necessary at all.
